After School Harp Program Registration

Welcome to the International Charter School of Atlanta site for AFTH registration!  

We are excited to provide your student with the unique experience of contemporary group harp classes!  As a bonus all instruments and instructional materials a

Registration for the second semester  will open in December. Students currently enrolled in fall will receive a 5% discount!!!

Start date for 2019 will be the first week of February!

Below are the day and times for AFTH class offerings:

Wednesdays: 1:45pm -2:45pm lower campus

Mondays: 2:45pm-3:45pm upper campus

There is  a max class size of 24 students for our sessions.  Starting with students in first grade.  Only the first 24 signed up will be able to attend.  AFTH Signup cutoff date is January 31st , or once the sessions fill up.

 The classes will be 60 minutes long once a week.  During that time students will learn:

  • Parts of the Harp/ Strings
  • How to play the harp
  • How to read music
  • How to create/compose music
  • How to sing & play the harp
  • How to perform solo & in group setting
  • How to transfer this learning to other instruments!

Sessions will coincide with the school calendar. Therefore, on holidays, or other dates school is not in session for students, there will be NO harp after school sessions.
